As the Director of Enterprise Projects and Optimization, Rekha works closely with clients in complex project delivery with strong business acumen, a rigorous technical background, and a 12+ years success record for leading large-scale, cross functional strategic projects and client engagements. With a cross industry engineering background in electronics and biological engineering, Rekha started her career with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and has since then, continued to work in private sector enterprises, as a passionate people manager who cultivates inclusive environments for collaboration and participation, while always keeping client’s business objectives top of mind.
