Kathleen has over 25-years in engineering quality software systems, identifying critical paper-based information flows from multiple business processes to create a unified global digital system. She is responsible for delivering Culture System Software as a service and Culture technical customer support. Kathleen provides a team coaching approach including deploying proven strategies to address any challenges in digital transition and or culture shift. As a past internal quality auditor, Chair for the American Society for Quality and her practical learnings from varying manufacturing processes, Kathleen provides a vast knowledge of business practices.
